• Profile Picture

We do not have access to your Google password.

1.2 Financial & Operational Data

To provide our services, we collect data you voluntarily input or upload, including:

• Transaction records, revenue data, and expense inputs.
• Cash flow projections and budget configurations.
• Business entities and team member details.

2. How We Use Your Information

We strictly use your data to operate the MontPro Financial Operating System. We do not sell your data.

• Service Delivery: To generate dashboards, cash flow forecasts, and financial health scores.
• AI Analysis: To power our AI agents that assist with categorization, auditing, and anomaly detection.
• Communication: To send you critical account updates, security alerts, and strategic insights.

3. Infrastructure & Security (Supabase)

• Encryption: Data is encrypted in transit (via SSL/TLS) and at rest.
• Authentication: We rely on Supabase Auth (integrated with Google OAuth). We do not store passwords directly.
• Access Control: Row Level Security (RLS) ensures your financial data is accessible only by you and your authorized team members.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
