You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and legality of Your Data. We are not responsible for any errors, losses, or damages resulting from inaccurate or incomplete data.

5.3 Data Backup

While we implement industry-standard backup procedures, you are responsible for maintaining your own backup copies of Your Data. We recommend regularly exporting your data.

6. Subscription and Payment

MontPro is a financial data analysis tool, NOT a financial advisor. The Services do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making financial decisions. We are not responsible for any financial losses resulting from your use of the Services.

9.3 Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, accurate, or reliable. AI-generated forecasts and recommendations are estimates based on historical data and may not reflect future performance.

9.4 Availability

We do not guarantee that the Services will be available at all times. We may experience downtime for maintenance, upgrades, or due to factors beyond our control.

9.5 Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MONTPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM:

Your use or inability to use the Services
Any unauthorized access to or use of your data
Any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Services
Any business decisions made based on the Services

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of liability for incidental or consequential damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
